Returns

We want you to really enjoy your purchases from us. If you need to return an item please email or call us first for instructions.

Goods that are damaged or faulty on arrival, or goods that fail during the warranty period, will be replaced or a full refund made.

Goods returned for other reasons (e.g. you changed your mind) must be returned for refund within 7 days in perfect condition and in the intact orginal packaging. Postage and packing will be refunded only if goods returned are faulty. For items orginally supplied free of postage an amount of £5.95 will be charged unless returned goods are faulty.

You are responsible for ensuring that any returned goods reach us and arrive in good condition. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for all items posted in the UK and using an insured service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, for items valued over £35 so that you can reclaim from the carrier the cost of any returned goods lost or damaged in transit. For items returned from outside the UK you should use an insured courier or postal service.
