Most UK orders will be dispatched the day you place the order, and will arrive within 2 working days. However, there will be occasional delays. If you are working to a deadline - such as a birthday - please let us know and we will do everything possible to hit it, or tell you that we cannot.

If the actual cost of delivery is substantially higher than the delivery price shown above, we reserve the right to charge more, after contacting our customer for approval.
